Booking Terms & Conditions

By confirming a reservation at Kodali Guest Suites, guests agree to the following terms to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 12:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

Identification Requirements

  • All guests must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) upon arrival.
  • Local IDs may be subject to specific property policies.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment or a confirmed deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • “Pay at Hotel” bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance UPI transfer.

Guest Conduct & Safety

  • Occupancy: Guests must not exceed the maximum room capacity.
  • Damages: Any damage caused to the property will be chargeable.
  • Prohibited Activities: Loud music, illegal activities, and smoking in non-designated areas are strictly not allowed.

Liability

  • Kodali Guest Suites is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
