Booking Terms & Conditions
By confirming a reservation at Kodali Guest Suites, guests agree to the following terms to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 12:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
Identification Requirements
- All guests must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) upon arrival.
- Local IDs may be subject to specific property policies.
Payment Policy
- Full payment or a confirmed deposit is required to secure your booking.
- “Pay at Hotel” bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance UPI transfer.
Guest Conduct & Safety
- Occupancy: Guests must not exceed the maximum room capacity.
- Damages: Any damage caused to the property will be chargeable.
- Prohibited Activities: Loud music, illegal activities, and smoking in non-designated areas are strictly not allowed.
Liability
- Kodali Guest Suites is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
